Michelle Fletcher is the Founder of the Holistic Business Network™ (HBN), a curated ecosystem designed to elevate purpose-driven, science-based health and wellness professionals through visibility, connection, and strategic collaboration.

With over 15 years of business experience, Michelle’s background includes a decade in IT and Data Management, followed by a successful entrepreneurial journey that led her into the top 2% of leadership with a wellness network marketing company.

 

Through years of mentoring, speaking, and community building, she gained deep insight into what truly fuels long-term growth: relationships, alignment, and access to the right rooms.

After experiencing firsthand how many powerful wellness leaders lacked visibility and advocacy, Michelle founded HBN to bridge that gap. Today, HBN supports practitioners and wellness professionals through curated events, media exposure, intentional matchmaking, and elevated connection spaces, both virtual and in-person.
