Michelle Fletcher is a leader and advocate in the health and wellness industry. With over 14 years of experience in network marketing, selling whole food supplements and vertical gardening systems, building teams of hundreds, and prioritizing personal growth, she mastered growing businesses with integrity and professionalism, achieving the top 5% in her plant nutrition business.

 

As the Founder of the Holistic Business Network (HBN), she is dedicated to creating more visibility for health and wellness businesses. Since its inception in 2022, HBN has expanded nationally and internationally, creating a community that fosters collaboration, visibility, and profitability for small and medium-sized businesses. Michelle's expertise lies in forging meaningful, profitable connections that elevate businesses to new heights.

 

She brings a unique blend of corporate and entrepreneurial experience to her work. She holds a B.S. in Management Information Systems and spent over a decade as an IT professional, managing critical data for high-stakes projects. After leaving corporate life in 2009, she embraced holistic living, becoming a Certified LEAN Health Coach and mentor through partnerships with Juice Plus and Tower Garden offering foundational health solutions that help individuals of all ages bridge the gaps in nutrition, metabolic health, and insulin resistance.  Her passion for nutrition and disease prevention has driven her to coach and inspire thousands, while also speaking on international stages and contributing to industry-leading publications like Feel Well Magazine.
